Los Lagos Manor is located in Vera province, Colombia, St. Augustine City, Argentina Village, near the Los Naranjos River.
The manor has its special micro-environment, and the coffee trees are exposed to the sun from 9 a.m. to 04:30 every day.
Fortunately, near the river, the temperature drops sharply at night, which is conducive to the growth of coffee beans and contributes to a good coffee flavor.
Mauricio, the owner of the manor, is a coffee farmer and a qualified cup tester. He has been studying coffee cup testing for six years. Every day, he and his family not only take good care of the farm, but also carry out post-processing of raw coffee beans, including sun drying, honey treatment, water washing treatment, and professional cup testing.
