The 2018 EIC Italian Coffee Championship and Guangzhou Coffee Carnival Guangzhou Liwan 1850 Creative Park came to a successful conclusion. After a fierce competition on the spot, the Chinese division champion was finally born and will go to Milan, Italy to compete in the global finals.

It is reported that the EIC Italian Coffee Championship is hosted by the Italian Coffee National Institute of INEI, and the Chinese competition is hosted by the China Branch of the IIAC International Coffee appraiser Association. This year, five districts have been set up in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Haikou, Beijing and Chengdu.
EIC is a pure competition focused on baristas' skills. Baristas only need to adjust the bean grinder in 11 minutes and make 4 cups of Espresso and Cappuccino respectively. Each barista uses the same equipment, coffee beans and milk, a stage that emphasizes basic skills and strength.
In addition to the exciting EIC competition, the 2018 Guangzhou Coffee Carnival hosted by Klima Coffee training will circle fans again this year! The brand stalls on the scene provide coffee, ice cream, craft beer, coffee bowl cakes and many other delicacies and drinks for the audience.
