Fazenda Santa Lucia, located in the Carmo de Minas area of Sul de Minas, is owned by the Helcio CarneiroPinto family and is now managed by their sons. The family has been growing coffee for 100 years. Of the 740 hectares, 83 hectares are used to grow coffee, 9 hectares are Yellow Bourbon, 18 hectares are Acaia and 25 hectares are Mundo Novo, with an annual production capacity of 2800 bags (60kgs). The equipment and technology of Santa Lucia Manor in this Carmo de Minas area is more typical, and the coffee planting area is now being expanded to increase annual production to 5600 bags (60kgs). The family business is controlled by TheSert ã o Group, and apart from coffee, other land is used to store livestock, corn and soybeans. This batch was handed over to the local small farmers' cooperative COCARIVE (Carmo de Minas Cooperative) treatment plant, and COCARIVE is keen to promote the research on the planting and treatment of high-quality coffee. This micro batch of Fazenda Santa Lucia is peeled and sunburned, the coffee is harvested in the natural sun, and the flavor is described by experts as good cleanliness, nuts, dates, peanut chocolate, lemon grass, sugarcane sweet, cocoa, nuts, clean and sweet.
