Anasora Kelloo is a relatively new washing station located in Gucci, belonging to Israel Degfa. Before the construction of the washing station, people only focused on naturally processed coffee. Therefore, there is something unique about the coffee here. Cherry ripening is very slow, because of high altitude and low temperature, it takes longer to wet fermentation, about 36-72 hours.
