The elevation of the tea garden is between 305m and 1830 m. The name of the tea garden may come from a Lapqa, which means a huge bamboo embankment. The Badam tea industry is managed and owned by Goodrick Group Co., Ltd., which was recently named the No. 1 Darjeeling Tea brand in Calcutta by Nielsen in the second quarter of 2012. In accordance with the provisions of the companies Act of 1956, the company was established as a listed limited company in the state of West Bengal, India on June 14, 1977. Badam's exotic spring-picked white tea is one of the most coveted teas, with exquisite flowers and smooth contours that require a high price tag. It can also produce unique cloned flower moonlight.
