Previously, Honey Snow Ice City has been listed many times, but it has not been confirmed by the brand. On Aug. 25, Bloomberg reported that Snow Ice City was considering an initial public offering in Hong Kong as early as 2022. According to the report, the company has held preliminary discussions with consultants on IPO, and the offering is likely to raise $200 million to $500 million. In addition, Honeysnow Ice City is considering Hong Kong as a listing location, but does not rule out the possibility of listing in mainland China.

Ice City denied the content of the Bloomberg report, saying there was no such thing at all, and there were no clear plans for a listing at present. Looking back now, the Bloomberg report is wrong, but not entirely wrong. Honey Snow Bingcheng is really going to list, but not in Hong Kong, but in the mainland A-share market for an initial public offering and listing.

According to the guidance filing notice of Honeysnow Bingcheng Co., Ltd., the company is receiving guidance from Guangfa Securities, which was put on record with Henan Securities Supervision Bureau on September 29th, 2021.

Earlier, Honey Snow Ice City accelerated its layout in the southwest and Hainan Province, and the construction of its Asian headquarters project in Qingbaijiang, Chengdu, was officially announced on July 30, 2021.

In terms of shop business, Honey Snow Ice City is constantly expanding to new areas. Unlike regular stores, the experience store will not only innovate and upgrade the formula of drinks, but also integrate many elements loved by young people, such as fried kebabs, desserts, coffee, surrounding areas of Snow King (brand image of Snow King), snacks, baby machines and so on.
