What tea gardens are there in Darjeeling, India? Taste characteristics of Barnesbeg Darjeeling Black Tea picked in Summer
Facing the majestic kananchenjunga peak, the Barnesberg tea garden is located 17 kilometers west of Darjeeling town. It stretches from 800ft to 3100 ft above sea level, enjoying the warm and cool weather, and the Little Rangeet River rushes down the valley. The slope of the tea garden has a mild climate and is the best among the bushes. Its name comes from Christine Barnes, who founded the plantation in 1877. The tea garden is mainly covered with primitive porcelain shrubs and produces black and green tea all the year round. Barnesbeg (Barnes Tea Garden) gets its name from the original planter, Mr. Christine Barnes. The garden is surrounded by the majestic dry city Jung, with a moderate slope and a mild climate, which brings the best bushes. The Langis River flows through the garden so that it drains well. Barnesbeg has been certified as a bio-organic garden since April 2010. A dual production process enables the garden to produce both black and green tea. This is a magical green tea, famous for its wholesome properties and very popular. Shrubs dominated by Assam produce tea with good style and lively wine.
Barnisberg has a sense of mystery, which makes it very eye-catching. Deep beliefs and strong religious beliefs, such as Buddhist, Hindu and Christian communities, are integrated into an inspiring force. In 1877, Christian Barnes (CHristine Barnes) planted tea seeds in the tea garden, thus opening the century-long heritage of the tea garden. The name of the tea garden comes from the grower, so the name Garden Barnes-'bagh' means Barnes' garden. Barnesbeg Tea Estate is located 15-17 kilometers from the main town of Darjeeling, in the northwest of the region, in the Lebong Valley of Darjeeling, facing the blessing wind and the picturesque scenery of Qianchang Changga in the north. The average elevation of tea growth is between 300m and 1260 m. It's about halfway up the hill in Darjeeling. Of the 288 hectares of tea under its management, the actual planting area is about 130 hectares.
