A few days ago, Dasheng Group used coffee carbon fiber and blue viscose fiber blended to produce a new type of functional yarn with bacteriostatic and deodorant, negative ion emission and anti-ultraviolet properties, which can be mainly used in the production of socks, underwear, T-shirts and other clothing. Through trial wear, it is found that coffee carbon products can not only reduce the release of odor ammonia by inhibiting bacterial reproduction, but also effectively remove tobacco, alcohol and other odors.

Water and nutrients are hotbeds of bacteria, the speed of bacterial reproduction depends on how much temperature, water and nutrients the environment can provide, while the porous adsorption effect of coffee carbon can effectively control the water on the body surface, and then play a role in inhibiting bacterial reproduction. As a result, the odor ammonia released by bacteria during reproduction is greatly reduced, so coffee carbon can also be effectively deodorized. At the same time, coffee carbon fiber can also emit negative ions. It has been proved that oxygen free radicals have chronic adverse effects on health, which can not only cause cell senescence, destroy protein, but also reduce immunity, accelerate arteriosclerosis and cause cancer. The main function of negative ions is to neutralize "oxygen free radicals" and slow down the oxidation of cells.
