The official Weibo of China Railway announced on April 1 that its railway cultural creation-themed restaurant opened at the Zhengyang Gate Hall of the China Railway Museum, which sells healthy snacks, while in the same building, there are also parts that sell milk tea, fruit shakes and coffee with railway elements.

In order to integrate more elements of China's railway, the brand that sells drinks is named "Laodao Tea". Wrench refers to opening the turnout of the railway track to facilitate the transition of the train, also known as turnout.

A reporter from the Beijing Business Daily visited the "Laodao Tea" store and found that the brand mainly sells ready-made tea, fruit juice, coffee and other drinks, including caramel chestnut thick milk tea, cappuccino, Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Pomelo and so on, with products priced between 12 and 32 yuan. The decoration of the store is full of railway features, with small tracks and steam trains hanging above the restaurant, and the seats and windows in the store mimic the layout of a green train.

From the store menus circulated on the Internet, we can see that the single cup selling price of Laodao tea is generally between 22 yuan and 32 yuan, and the pricing of Laodao tea drink is similar to that of Xi tea before the price reduction.

Today, the inner volume of the new tea provides consumers with more personalized and customized services. For example, there are many choices in the sweetness of the drink, the amount of ice, the amount of the cup and the ingredients of milk tea.

On Dianping, some consumers commented that the sweetness of the switch tea drink was too high, and it was hoped that it could be improved in terms of sweetness, such as having the choice of sweetness. From then on, we can know that the wrench tea has not achieved personalized customization in the product production, and the choice of taste is relatively simple.

Even if the choice of taste is relatively simple, consumers who have spent on wrench tea commented on Dianping that the production process is open and uses real materials.

Over the past year, Chinese railways have made frequent moves on drinks. High-speed rail milk tea was launched in November 2021, but it was scolded by netizens in the last two days because of its high price and poor taste. "High-speed rail milk tea was complained that it was not as good as 1 yuan like Piaopiao" even ranked No. 1 on Weibo on November 16. At the end of the same month, China Railway also brought high-speed rail coffee.

Today, China Railway is developing its own-brand beverage stores "under the car". With other cross-border troubles, "national team" and "time-honored brands" first focused on one track. For example, China Post first took a fancy to the milk tea industry, opened "Postal oxygen Tea" and focused on new-style tea; later, it took a fancy to the coffee track, so it opened a "post office coffee" in Xiamen, Fujian Province.

China Railway "get off" the development of catering has extended its hand to a number of markets, "light food", "tea", "coffee" and so on, we can see the ambition of China Railway.
