The above three kinds of food raw materials have exceeded the shelf life.

Article 54, paragraph 1, of the Food Safety Law of the people's Republic of China stipulates that food operators shall store food in accordance with the requirements of ensuring food safety, regularly inspect food in stock, and clean up food that has deteriorated or exceeded its shelf life in a timely manner.

Not long ago, two other online celebrity cafes were filed for investigation, also because of food safety issues.

MANNER Coffee (Shanghai Wujiang Road store) was found to have poor environmental hygiene and improper storage of food raw materials by law enforcement officials of the Regulatory Administration, and was placed on file for investigation by the Jing'an District Market Supervision Bureau. MANNER Coffee subsequently issued an apology on its official Weibo platform, saying it had immediately closed the store and rectified it.
