Business operators shall properly keep the transaction information of boxed moon cakes with a unit price of more than 500 yuan for 2 years for inspection by the relevant departments in accordance with the law. If necessary, a cost survey will be carried out on the operator immediately.
Business operators shall strictly abide by the mandatory standards on food packaging in the production and sale of boxed moon cakes, and shall not use precious materials such as precious metals and mahogany, so as to reduce the excessive use of packaging materials. Encourage the use of green packaging that can be used for other purposes.
Operators within the e-commerce platform engaged in boxed moon cake sales activities shall be carried out in accordance with the above provisions, and shall not carry out mixed sales or falsely marked commodity prices by means of splitting orders, falsely increasing the quantity of commodities, etc.
With the Mid-Autumn Festival approaching, merchants are also preparing to enter the pre-sale stage of moon cakes. Reasonable decisions and plans should be made on the selection and pricing of moon cakes and the performance of sales staff. Consumers should also spend rationally when buying moon cakes and moon cake pre-sale coupons.
