The post caused a heated debate, and in August 2022, Luckin Coffee issued a solemn statement saying that Luckin Coffee did not open a store in Thailand and that the Ruixing store in Thailand was a fake store. The store "look to the left deer" logo and the direct use of the name "luckincoffee" have caused serious harm to the Lucky brand, which has been dealt with by the relevant departments of Lucky.

According to reports, Thailand Luckin Coffee Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Thailand Royal 50R group, legally registered the Ruixing trademark with Thai business as early as 2022, and everything complied with Thai laws, regulations and procedures, and was allowed to use the trademark to operate coffee shops such as selling tea and coffee. Now it has developed and operated more than a dozen coffee shops in Thailand.

Therefore, on December 1st, the Thai Central Court of intellectual property and International Trade announced that it had decided the final trial of the trademark infringement case of the Chinese company Luckin Coffee against the Thai Royal 50R group, and ruled against the Chinese company Luckin Coffee, which was executed immediately.

Then the Thai Royal 50R Group filed a lawsuit with the court. According to the complaint of Thailand's Royal 50R Group, China Lucky has seriously damaged the commercial reputation of 50R Group. And the original plan to expand to more than 10000 coffee shops around the world, and ready to go public. However, due to Ruixing's behavior, the original plan was interrupted, resulting in serious economic losses.
