Officials said that before the production and launch of the thermos cup, the brand had reviewed the entrusted manufacturer, production qualification, quality certificate, use function and other standards of the product, and went on-line sales only if it was confirmed to be qualified.

Secondly, according to the "test report" issued by Shanghai Le Lang testing Technology Co., Ltd., the insulation cup submitted for inspection meets the requirements of S31608 (316) in the standard GB/T3280-2015. The chemical composition of the metal liner of this batch of insulation cups is 316 stainless steel. As for why the inner tank of some products will appear rust and scratches, the official preliminary investigation results are caused by the product process problems.

The official deeply apologized for the bad experience caused to users due to the quality problems of the thermos, and launched a recall of this batch of "Garden Insulation Cups".
