Recently, a customer posted a strange story he encountered at a Starbucks store on the social platform, attracting the attention and discussion of netizens.

According to the poster, after spending money at Starbucks that day, he was waiting in line to go to the toilet when he heard a loud noise on the other side of the door. The next moment I saw a man running out of the bathroom in a hurry and disappeared. And when the guest went to the bathroom door and looked inside, he was instantly surprised by the tragedy inside. The whole toilet was not only cracked by the last user, but also separated from the sewage pipe, moving more than ten centimeters.

Through the photos taken by customers, a number of Internet users have become famous detectives, speculating that the reason why the toilet has been so seriously damaged is that the user directly stepped on it, making it overwhelmed, leading the entire toilet to roll over and get out of its original position. Some people even suggest that stores transfer monitoring to find the perpetrators of the "murder" toilet and ask them to compensate for store losses.

However, apart from marveling at this unexpected accident, the Starbucks bathroom has also become the focus of discussion. "can you still go to Starbucks to go to the bathroom?" . Many users reported that they had been to many Starbucks, but basically did not find a bathroom in the store.

In response, regular users recalled that Starbucks used to have built-in bathrooms as long as they were not too small. No matter the customers who buy drinks or the passers-by who pass by the store, as long as there is a need, they can enter the store and use it.

But this convenient measure has brought a lot of trouble to Starbucks employees. Under some posts related to Starbucks bathrooms, workers can often be seen complaining about the chaos in store bathrooms: paper towels, littered cigarette butts, footprints on toilets, and so on. So much so that the task of regularly cleaning the bathroom has become a nightmare for Starbucks staff.

In addition to the dirty mess that makes people black, some guests will occupy the bathroom for a long time to do personal things, such as bathing inside, washing vegetables and killing fish in the sink. These bizarre experiences make a group of Starbucks employees say that there are no surprises in the world, but also make them helpless, saying bluntly that the indiscriminate use of bathrooms in the store has too much impact on the store image.

Because of this, Starbucks has gradually stopped setting up bathrooms when it opened new stores in recent years. In some old stores with their own bathrooms, employees may post a notice on the door saying that the internal equipment cannot be used, or simply lock the door and no longer open the bathroom to the public.

For the brand side of this practice, some customers who have been studying in the store for a long time say that it is not very friendly, affecting the user experience. But now looking at the crushed toilet, onlookers said they sympathized with the workers who complained about the bathroom and understood Starbucks' decision not to have a built-in toilet.

The bathroom has always been the biggest headache for diners, including cafes, and there is currently no two-way solution. Many restaurants set up bathrooms for the sake of their customers, but they often have to compromise and cancel this convenience because of all kinds of unexpected usage.
