When it comes to the preparation room, the employees are even more busy moving baskets of fruits and vegetables to the cooking table, peeling, juicing, and cooking small materials are constantly repeated, and the induction cooker, smoothie machine and other equipment are running almost all the time. The whole scene is as hot as the restaurant kitchen preparing for the New year's Eve dinner.
From the photos and videos taken by consumers on the social platform, we can see that although four or five dozen workers are arranged at the tea shop bar during the Lunar New year, during the peak period, successive orders still make employees sweat. Some guests looked at the cups of ready-made drinks on the table, and then looked at the milk tea worker shaking the snow pot, saying, "shake the milk tea on the first day of the Lunar New year until you get a cramp in your hand."
In this regard, tea workers can only say, "it can't be done, it can't be done at all." They posted the scenes taken in the store recently, with disorderly order tickets on the table, many and long labels that can be hung as door curtains, and garbage-like kitchens full of empty cardboard boxes. Many people said that their store opened in the morning, and the note machine never broke, so that as soon as they got to work, they continued to work until the end of the day, almost non-stop.
