Recently, a netizen in Fuzhou, Fujian Province filmed a scene he saw in a local Manner store and posted it on the Internet, attracting the attention and discussion of many netizens.

According to these Short videos, a customer stood in front of the bar, picked up drink cups, labels and other objects on the counter, and kept throwing them into the bar. During this period, he excitedly pointed at the bar with his finger and spoke loudly towards the workers in the production station. However, because the photographer was outside the store, the man's words could not be heard in the video. Only a voice-over appeared at the end, saying,"If you can't wait, don't click. It's too scary. People just work alone."

It is worth noting that there were still many customers in the store at the time of the incident. Because the accident came too suddenly, everyone present was scared by the customer's angry behavior of smashing the bar and hid in the corner of the store. However, the Manner clerk on duty that day was not seen in the shooting screen, and no one stepped forward to dissuade him during the entire process.

After the video was released, many onlookers agreed with the content of the voice-over,"Not to mention anything else, the Manner I saw always only arranged for one employee to work, and one person would contract everything." Manner's regulars also complained that they always had to wait more than ten minutes to make coffee. During peak periods, a cup of coffee may take more than half an hour or even longer to get. They believed that brands should pay attention to user feedback and improve the store's shortage of staff.

In response, some media reporters found the store involved based on the video footage and asked them about the specific situation at the time of the incident. It is understood that the store is located in a local city square in Fuzhou. Store staff confirmed that the video shooting occurred on April 4.

As for the reason for the outbreak of the conflict, the staff's explanation was slightly different from the voice-over of the video, saying,"It was just that he took the wrong coffee, and our clerk reminded him that he might lose his temper because he felt ashamed." Employees revealed that the customer involved was venting in the store, leaving a mess and then ran away. Fortunately, no other customers and shop assistants in the store were injured because of the customer throwing cups and other objects.

After the accident, the clerk immediately called the police to deal with it, but the police had not yet found the customer who smashed the store angrily in the video. The store owner said that they can only wait for a notice from the police. If they find the person involved, they will definitely ask the other party to compensate for the losses in the store. Later, the reporter contacted the police station in the jurisdiction to understand the situation. The police on duty said that they had intervened and had been handed over to other police officers for follow-up.

At present, the stores involved are still open normally. As of press time, Manner had not responded to this conflict.
