The reason for the refund was "I don't want it anymore."
It is worth mentioning that not all consumers who purchased Lucky cards 5 times will be forced to refund them. Some people posted screenshots of their accounts, saying that they showed that "the seller has delivered the goods" shortly after placing an order to purchase the card five times in the early morning of the 29th, but in fact there was no electronic discount coupon displayed in their Lucky account.
The unexpected situation immediately aroused doubts and dissatisfaction among Lucky fans. Most people said that it is not uncommon for similar situations such as insufficient resources and incorrect issuance of cards and coupons due to the popularity of activities. Similar accidents have also occurred in certain tea brands.

Therefore, many consumers whose orders were inexplicably cancelled have approached Lucky Customer Service and asked the brand to give a reasonable explanation and explanation. The five cards purchased with money turned into a 32-yuan drink coupon in the blink of an eye. This gap undoubtedly made some consumers dissatisfied with the brand's compensation plan. After the announcement was released, they reported this situation to the 12315 platform.
