Two days ago, a chat discipline circulated on the Internet in which Mixue Ice City employees insulted the company's manpower and smashed stores after being late caused heated discussions.

In a chat log posted online, an employee who had been working at a store in Mixue Ice City in Beijing for six months continued to abuse the personnel staff when he was late to replace the card but was not approved by the company's HR. Unable to be bothered, HR immediately posted the employee's salary slip, saying that he would fire the employee because his abusive behavior violated the employee code. The next day, he said that he would travel to Beijing to handle his resignation procedures. Other chat records showed that the employee had a conflict during negotiation with the HR staff who rushed to the store to leave. The employee was suspected of damaging the store, causing damage to equipment in the store and injury to store staff.
