On-site photos provided by the parties involved show that on both sides of the entrance of Ruixing Coffee Shop involved, the merchants installed two door stoppers about 20 centimeters away from the door frame to control the opening degree of the glass door. According to investigation by reporters, this door stopper is 4 centimeters high from the ground after installation. If pedestrians walk along the passage at the entrance of the store, it is indeed easy to touch these two abrupt door stoppers during the process.

In response to the problems reported by the party concerned, the reporter then contacted Ruixing Coffee's official customer service. The customer service said that it would contact the party concerned and further verify the store's situation.
