He told reporters that the road where the Ruixing store is located is close to Metro Lines 3 and 4, and there are many shops along the street. Whether it is weekdays or weekends, the street has a lot of traffic.

At the same time, the party concerned introduced that there is an education and training center near the store involved. Many students come and go here on weekends. They believe that the door stoppers installed on the road where pedestrians pass are likely to trip other passers-by and cause them to fall and be injured.

On-site photos provided by the parties involved show that on both sides of the entrance of Ruixing Coffee Shop involved, the merchants installed two door stoppers about 20 centimeters away from the door frame to control the opening degree of the glass door. According to investigation by reporters, this door stopper is 4 centimeters high from the ground after installation. If pedestrians walk along the passage at the entrance of the store, it is indeed easy to touch these two abrupt door stoppers during the process.

In response to the problems reported by the party concerned, the reporter then contacted Ruixing Coffee's official customer service. The customer service said that it would contact the party concerned and further verify the store's situation. It said that if the store found that the door stopper was illegally installed, it would be required to remove it as soon as possible.

As of press time, the party concerned replied to the reporter that Ruixing customer service staff had contacted him and apologized to him for this accident, saying that they had asked the store involved to remove the door stopper illegally installed on the ground in front of the store. When the party passed the store again, he found that the situation at the scene was exactly as the Lucky staff said.
