Espresso determines the taste of American coffee, and what determines the taste of Espresso is the parameters used for coffee beans and extracts. Choice of coffee beans: If you want to make a cup of American coffee with a sour, weak, bitter taste and fruity scent, then you can give priority to coffee beans produced in "Africa" and "Central and South America", and then the roasting degree is "Medium" and "medium light". Because the flavor of coffee produced in these producing areas is famous for its full sour aroma of flowers and fruits, lighter roasting can well retain the substances in the coffee body, allowing the extracted coffee to have a better flavor performance. Because deeper roasting can consume the acidic substances in coffee beans and increase the aroma and mellow taste of caramel, chocolate, etc.,"blending" will have a more versatile performance and cost performance! Extraction parameters: We can actually have two options in terms of extraction parameters. One is to obtain a relatively complete extraction of the coffee, and the other is to extract a little less. The difference between the two is that because the former is more complete, the taste and aftertaste of the coffee produced will be better; although the latter does not have as excellent taste and aftertaste as the former, its bitterness will be much less. It will be very suitable for friends who want to drink a cup of weak and bitter taste. Take the former street as an example! The coffee beans used in Qianjie are the basic blend of Qianjie black cocoa mentioned above. Because the water added later does not participate in the extraction, it only affects the concentration of the coffee. The more water you add to the coffee, the lower the concentration of the coffee, and vice versa. So you can adjust the amount of water according to your own concentration preferences. But if you don't know how much to add the initial water volume, then you might as well refer to the ratio of Qianjie. When using Front Street black cocoa to blend extracted espresso, if Front Street wanted to use it to make American coffee, the ratio would be 1:4. Assuming that the espresso liquor used in Qianjie weighs 40ml, the hot water added is 160ml.

The American coffee made with this ratio of basic black cocoa on Front Street has just the right concentration. It will not be so strong that it is difficult to eat, nor will it be so weak as water. Then this concentration can fully show the flavor. We can obviously drink the flavors of nuts, caramel, and chocolate. The taste is balanced and the taste is full, which is very good. If you make an ice American style, you only need to add 100g ice cubes to the original. Then these are a few key points for making a delicious American style. Of course, if you are still in the mood, you can also put 2 filter papers on the bottom of the powder bowl. This can isolate the coffee powder and make the coffee taste cleaner and have lower bitterness.

Just note that the entry of the filter paper pad affects the extraction and lengthens the coffee extraction time. So if we plan to insert filter paper, it is best to start inserting filter paper from the time of conditioning to avoid the need to re-conditioning.
