Drinking a cup of iced coffee is equivalent to 1/4 of a woman's daily calorie intake, which is equivalent to having dinner. "if you drink regularly, you are more likely to be overweight and are more likely to develop cancer, heart disease and diabetes." Said the director of the science program of the World Cancer Research Fund.
