Disassembly of giotto commercial-grade household machines

I checked a lot of information before buying giotto. I know that when giotto was under ECM, it was a household machine with commercial configuration, so the internal structure and accessories used commercial-grade products. When the manufacturer delivered the goods, I also asked to record the whole process of debugging before shipment. Although I had seen the internal structure through the photo, I, who was fond of fooling around, could not restrain my curiosity, so I took giotto apart again.

The largest part of the volume is the boiler, although it is only 1.8 liters.

The Giotto is a machine without any innovation. In fact, I don't know whether it is a well-made machine, a solid material, or an enduring classic. The three main parts of the coffee machine are all involved in the giotto machine, namely, p-stat (pressure controller), boiler, solenoid valve and water pump.

The safety valve at the top of the boiler, when the steam fills the boiler, the valve will pop up and seal the boiler, thus forming the furnace pressure, which is controlled by p-stat.

The black guy with yellow dots is the commercial grade p-stat (at present, there are mainly three types of p-stat used in coffee machines on the market, which are produced by sirai,ceme and mater, of which sirai is the one used by giotto).

Recently, many friends have asked me, do you pay this price to buy this machine worth? how to put it? I have always liked the shape of giotto, and I have browsed a lot of information and comments from foreign players. There must be a reason for the existence of this machine. Perhaps only from the parameter analysis or individual performance comparison, giotto may not be outstanding, but the overall performance is very good. Maybe this is the difference between technology and craftsmanship.

For home use, the price of giotto is indeed a relatively extravagant price. After hesitating again and again, I still like it very much, , so I put it in the bag and become a small scenery of my "private coffee". Now it is also a small project that visiting friends must play.
