The Xinfeng store, which caused trouble, was immediately asked by the head office to suspend business for one day, and all the staff were trained again.

She opened the lid of the cup to drink coffee, but when she saw that a dirty word was written in caramel sauce on it, Miss Xu responded to the clerk, but the clerk said that it was just a joke among her colleagues, which made her half angry, so she immediately took a photo and posted the certificate online to ask the public to comment.

After the incident, the iron door of the 85C Keelung Xinfeng store was closed, and a note was pasted on it saying that education and training would be a day off. The store manager said that writing dirty words on coffee was a prank of a female worker who had only been on the job for two and a half months, and later asked her to apologize to Miss Xu.
