According to the above definition of espresso, the factors we need to consider when making espresso are water temperature, pressure, coffee powder, and extraction time. Among these factors, the pressure and water temperature are directly related to the coffee machine. So when we buy a coffee maker, we have to consider the pressure of the coffee maker and the way the water is heated.
