20% of Korean office workers drink too much coffee every day.
About 20 percent of South Korean office workers drink too much coffee every day, raising concerns about their health, the JoongAng Ilbo reported.

A South Korean employment website released a survey report on June 30. The survey asked 500 office workers about their daily coffee consumption. The results showed that more than 110 respondents said that they drank at least 4 cups of coffee a day, accounting for 21.9% of the respondents.
As for the reason for drinking coffee, 25.7% of respondents said it was lifestyle habits;18.3% of respondents thought drinking coffee could relax their mood;16.9% of respondents eliminated drowsiness by drinking coffee;12.9% of respondents said drinking coffee could concentrate their attention;11% of respondents said drinking a cup of coffee after dinner would make them happy.
As for the negative effects of drinking coffee, about 40% of respondents believe that drinking coffee for a long time will cause symptoms such as insomnia, nervousness, indigestion and migraine.
According to reports, research shows that the average daily intake of caffeine per person should not exceed 400 mg, while each cup of coffee contains about 125 mg of caffeine.
