Starbucks Danone cooperates to promote brand cheese
The world's largest coffee chain, Starbucks and yogurt maker Danone announced on Tuesday that it will launch a combined brand of yogurt (co-branded yogurt) in 2014. The products will be sold in Starbucks stores and other US supermarkets in the future.
The two sides did not disclose financial details. It has been announced that the first product to be launched by the combined brand will be ready-to-eat perfect Greek yogurt (ready-to-eat Greek yogurt parfaits), which will be sold at Starbucks stores next spring. The two companies plan to start distributing products to other US retailers in 2015 and will expand outside the US in the future.
