The LVMH Group has bought a majority stake in Pasticceria Confetteria Cova, the owner of the Cova brand and Cova Montenapoleone Srl, and owns the most fashionable and popular coffee shop in Milan, located on Via Montenapoleone Avenue. The exact amount of the acquisition has not yet been announced, while the Faccioli family, the former owner of Pasticceria Confetteria, continues to hold shares in the company and provide assistance to the future operation of the Cova brand.
LVMH Group said that it will keep the original location of the store unchanged and provide maximum funding for its future development, so that it can develop harmoniously.
