According to a Chinese doing business in Argentina, two Chinese men were sitting at a table on the sidewalk at the entrance of the cafe drinking cold drinks. A dark-skinned man got off a white car next to him and then walked along the sidewalk. When he approached the table of the two Chinese, he suddenly pulled out a pistol and fired two shots at one of the Chinese men in the chest and two shots at the other man in the abdomen.

Another eyewitness said the man opened fire and ran into the car, starting it and fleeing. At that time, other guests were not injured, ambulances arrived at the scene, one of the men had died, the other man was taken to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.

According to local media reports, the incident occurred at about 6 p.m., not far from the Argentine capital's downtown Congress. A local police spokesman said people present at the time of the incident said the two Chinese men were not robbed, but were directly attacked.

The reporter learned from the local Chinese business office that the two men are Fuqing people, one is the owner of a local Chinese supermarket and the other is an employee. The two men are 29 and 27 years old respectively. At present, the specific cause of the incident is still under investigation by the local police.
