The first part of the coffee park includes the rainforest coffee planting demonstration sightseeing park and the World Coffee Expo Park; the second part of the pastoral area includes cattle farm area, tent camp, water source forest area, introduction of improved cattle and other supporting facilities; the third part of the commercial hall area includes the main manor building, beach embankment (water drift), horse grazing area, agricultural products processing area, hundred fruit park. The fourth part of leisure and health resort includes artificial lake area, leisure health peninsula and wetland forest area.

After the completion of the manor, it will become the first modern agricultural coffee farm with rainforest ecology in China, which integrates agriculture, industry, tourism, coffee cultural experience, plateau pasture sightseeing and leisure and health-preserving vacation.
