Japanese popular idol group AKB48 themed cafe "AKB48 CAFE & SHOP NAMBA" unveiled to the media on April 3. The store is located in the central district of Osaka and will open on the 4th.

This is the fourth AKB48-themed cafe after Harajuku, Akihabara and Fukuoka in Tokyo, and it is also the first store in Kansai. The store will also sell exhibits and merchandise from AKB48's sister band and Osaka Nambo idol group NMB48.

The area of the shop is about 354 square meters, with a total of 56 seats. Promotional videos and concert videos are played on 16 TV screens in the store, and members' autographs are affixed to the walls. The menu in the store contains original food conceived by members and desserts and drinks symbolized by members.
