Coffee has the effect of making blood cleaner

Cholesterol is divided into high-density cholesterol (HDL) and low-density cholesterol, the former has a protective effect on the cardiovascular system, usually called "good cholesterol", the latter is high, the risk of coronary heart disease will increase, usually called "bad cholesterol". High-density cholesterol (HDL) increases with coffee consumption. HDL can metabolize excess cholesterol, and people with high HDL values are less likely to suffer from arteriosclerosis.
