Lei Jun and Li Ruxiong invest 103 start-up Coffee Project

The contracted projects include Lei Jun's 103 start-up Coffee, Datang Siemens Intelligent Manufacturing R & D Center and Public Service platform Project, Weirui Technology VR experience Center Project, Changjiang Zhongchuang Wuhan Digital Enterprise platform Project.

At the 2016 major project signing activity of Wuhan Development Zone (Hannan District) held yesterday, the first batch of projects of South Taizi Lake Chuanggu, one of the first batch of Chuanggu in Wuhan, was officially signed.

The signed projects include 103 Venture Coffee invested by Lei Jun, Datang-Siemens Intelligent Manufacturing R & D Center and Public Service Platform Project, Weirui Technology VR Experience Center Project, Changjiang Zhongchuang Wuhan Digital Enterprise Platform Project, etc.

103 Venture Coffee Project is invested by Lei Jun and Li Ruxiong. In the future, Xiaomi, Jinshan and other resources will be integrated. More than 3 innovative professional incubators will be gradually built within 5 years, and 103 Venture Coffee Mass Innovation Space will be built, Prince Lake Chuanggu Entrepreneurship College will be established, entrepreneurship tutor group will be established, angel investor club will be established, and a series of innovation and entrepreneurship activities will be carried out to enhance the atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Datang-Siemens Intelligent Manufacturing R & D Center and Public Service Platform Project is invested by Datang Converged Communications Co., Ltd. The main business of the project includes intelligent manufacturing, vehicle networking, BPO (business process outsourcing) and value-added business, with a total investment of RMB 300 million yuan.

The VR (Virtual Reality) project of Weirui Technology will develop VR video service, VR equipment manufacturing, VR content production and trading, promote the development of a number of VR and surrounding start-ups and creative companies, and is expected to develop 5 million VR users nationwide within 3 years, driving the economic scale of relevant industries to reach 3 billion yuan and creating about 10,000 jobs.

Changjiang Zhongchuang Wuhan Digital Enterprise Platform Project plans to invest 100 million yuan to provide mobile information management tools and low-cost pure credit "digital finance" services for small, medium and micro enterprises.

According to introduction, Wuhan Development Zone (Hannan District) is the main battlefield of Wuhan's economic development, with more than 30,000 enterprises, mainly manufacturing industry, facing the challenge of transformation and upgrading. The settlement of these Chuanggu projects will form an entrepreneurial innovation ecosystem in Nantaizi Lake, promote the gathering of innovative elements such as technology, talents and capital, and drive industrial upgrading.
