Study: drinking more brewed coffee can reduce the risk of breast cancer
Drinking more brewed coffee can reduce women's risk of breast cancer, according to a new study released by the University of Yumuo in northern Sweden. According to Swedish media reports on June 15, a survey of about 65000 people conducted by the Institute of the University of Meau in Sweden found that women who drank coffee more than four times a day on average had a lower risk of breast cancer than women who drank less than once a day. Women who drink instant coffee have a higher risk of breast cancer before the age of 49 than those who drink coffee. The researchers believe that brewing coffee is good for health because it contains 80 times more fatty acids than instant coffee. Animal experiments have proved that fatty acids can inhibit the growth of cancer cells. In addition, the results also show that drinking brewed coffee is bad for men's health and increases the risk of pancreatic cancer and lung cancer. The findings are published in the latest issue of the journal Cancer causes and Control. According to statistics, the average Swedish person drinks 8.2 kilograms of coffee every year.
