Last Updated: 2024/11/17, The reporter learned from the Wanning Municipal Government of Hainan Province on the 21st that the Sheep Lane Coffee Post Station, located at the foot of the Dongshan Ridge of the "first Mountain in Hainan", was opened. This is the first rural coffee post station in Wanning City led by the party branch of Yongfan Village Committee of Wancheng Town, and where villagers take shares in the form of land, in-kind, labor investment, and so on.

"since May, my wife and I have participated in the construction of the post station and calculated the shares according to the 150 yuan per person per day determined by the collective discussion of the village committee, and we will be able to get the money when we pay dividends!" Li Yiping, a villager from Lingtou Village, Yongfan Village Committee, Wancheng Town, Wanning City, sat in the stone house, drank coffee and told reporters with a smile.

The Sheep Lan Coffee Post Station, covering an area of 15 mu, was built using the Dongshanling stone house built in the 1960s. It was once a barn for villagers to raise East goats, extending all the way up the mountain.

The post station is a project actively prepared by the party branch of Yongfan Village for the thousands of mu of Yongfan Huahai being built in the city, and 500 villagers have taken shares. At present, the 1000-mu Yongfan Huahai project has completed land leveling, the construction of a 2-kilometer trestle road has been completed, hundreds of bicycles have been put on the green road around Huahai, and triangular plums have been planted on both sides of the village road leading to Dongshan Mountains.

"the city has put forward the development strategy of the Garden City, and the thousand mu Yongfan Huahai project has selected our village. After discussion, the two village committees decided to make use of the advantage of being close to the Dongshanling scenic spot to develop coffee stations and lead the villagers to become rich." Pan Haiwen, secretary of the Yongfan Village Committee, said that the villagers in the 14 natural villages are very enthusiastic. The construction and decoration of the post stations are all done by everyone themselves. The villagers take out old objects such as tables, chairs, beams and wood, and the management staff are also taken by the villagers. It turned out that the rent of 1050 mu of land in Yongfan Huahai costs 1800 yuan per mu per year, and the villagers take the initiative to reduce the rent, which is only 1000 yuan per mu. These are also shares in the villagers' land.

It is reported that the party branch of the village committee will also lead the villagers to build bamboo forest coffee stations and farm music, and the old house coffee post station under construction will also open to the outside next week.
