Old-school Cafe 1: ESPRESSO CLUB

The first is a coffee shop called ESPRESSO CLUB, located near the north village, which passes by the Blue House and often closes the surrounding roads because of rallies and demonstrations in front of the presidential palace. When we went again this year, we caught up with the largest "anti-park" movement in the history of South Korea. the two roads were all closed, and under the leadership of local Korean friends, we passed the security check to the store.

The structure of pure wood reveals the traditional style. When you see so many ditting bean grinders in the store, you will think this is a special store. The area of the shop is not very large, and there is almost no seat on the first floor. After ordering coffee, you can only stand and drink or take it away. When you come here this year, you find that the store has been renovated again, and part of the second floor is a tasting area where half of the training room can sit down.

The big special thing is that you can choose your own beans to mix the American coffee in this store. Today's beans will come out on the menu every day, and the prices will be marked separately. You can tell the clerk what you want to mix the beans. Each bean grinder on the bar contains a kind of beans and mix the beans you like. It can also be produced with a single kind of beans. When I have a chance, I almost always come to this store to buy a cup of coffee to take away every time I come to Korea.

There is also a separate purchase of self-baked coffee beans, is a simple Kraft paper packaging, not too many bright decorations. It has been 26 years since the store opened in 1990, and it is definitely an old shop. It is usually full of customers in the afternoon or on weekends. It's also great to have a career for more than 20 years.
