Cup test report:

The history of Custepec Manor can be traced back to 1911. It belongs to the Pohlenz family. The range of the farm ranges from 1100 meters to 1400 meters. All coffee trees are planted in the forest with good shade. Compared with the coffee planted in the vast hinterland, the fruit is plump, the growth is slow, the texture is hard, and the composition of organic acid is complex.

The dry aroma when baked to City+ is drupe vanilla. Wet aroma with cedar and chocolate. The cup shows mild sweetness, with the sweetness of drupe caramel, body is mild but with pleasant charm.
