Qian Jie shared in his article two days ago that the emergence of Panamanian Rose Summer shocked the entire coffee industry. With its extremely excellent flavor characteristics, Rose Summer has successfully captured a large number of audiences, and even many gourmets have returned to Ethiopia, the birthplace of Rose Summer, trying to find coffee varieties with the same quality as Rose Summer, or even better quality. Adam Overton, the owner who founded the Greshire Village Estate, is one of them.

From 2007 to 2011, Adam Overton entered Ethiopia's ancient forests many times in order to find excellent coffee varieties. In the end, he decided to build a manor in a local place called Guxia Village in Bankimaji, Ethiopia, to breed the excellent varieties he unearthed. The name of this manor was called Guxia Village Manor.

Like the famous Jade Estate, Guixia Village Estate has many different product lines: bidding, gold label, red label, green label, and check card. So many friends will be curious, what are the differences between them?

Varieties planted in Guixia Village Manor Before introducing the products of Guixia Village Manor, Qianjie will first introduce the varieties planted in Guixia Village Manor. There are three varieties planted in Guixia Village, namely Guixia 1931, Gori Guixia, and a variety called Ilbabor Forest 1974 (IF)! Gori Guixia is a variety discovered by the owner of Gree Village Estate in Gori Forest, about 100 kilometers away from the estate. Because it was born in Gori Forest, it was named Gori Guixia. Although it is called Rose Summer, you can see from the picture below that it does not look much like Rose Summer; Rose Summer 1931 is a variety discovered in the Rose Summer Forest where Panama Rose Summer was discovered. It is very similar to Panama Rose Summer in both appearance and appearance, so the owner of Rose Summer Village named it Rose Summer 1931;(1931 is the year when Panama Rose Summer was discovered)

The Ilbabor Forest (IF) variety is different from the first two. It was discovered in the Ilbabor Forest in 1974 and then cultivated by the Ethiopian Research Center with natural antibodies.

The above are the main varieties grown in Guixia Village Manor. So next, Qianjie will share the product line of Guixia Village Manor.

The bidding batch of Guixia Village Manor's product line: The coffee in the bidding batch is the top coffee selected through strict screening by the manor. The quantity only accounts for less than 5% of Guixia Village's annual output. The quantity is very rare and can only be obtained through the auction of Guixia Village Manor. There are "Champion's Reserve" and "Farm Reserve" in the auction batches. No matter which batch it is, it is the top existence of Greshire Village Manor Coffee. Gold-label batch: The coffee in the Gold-label batch is the highest-level product line among the non-bidding batches of Guixia Village Estate! Its original name was "Rarities", which means "diluted treasures." Its output only accounts for about 10% of the annual output of Guixia Village Park. The quantity is equally rare and has complete traceability.

The coffee bean species used in the gold label batch is "Rose Summer 1931." As previously introduced by Qianjie, it not only looks very similar to Panama's Rose Summer, but also has similar flavor. Qianjie's bean list once included the Golden Label Guixia Village in Qianjie. The flavors produced by the brew are honeysuckle, citrus, oolong tea, and berries. The layers are very rich. Red Label Lot: The official name of the Red Label Lot at Guixia Manor is Growers Reserve, which translates to Growers Reserve. The red label batch of coffee accounts for 15% of the total annual production of the summer village garden, which requires that the coffee must be a single variety, from a single plot, and then needs to achieve more than 88 points in the cup test. Only coffee that meets these conditions can be included in a red label batch.

The variety of red standard rose summer in Qianjie Rose Summer Village is Gori Rose Summer. The flavor performance brewed by medium and light baking is pineapple, citrus, berry, oolong tea, light flower fragrance, and its layers are also very rich! And the price will not be very high, which is a very good Ethiopian rose summer.

Green label batches: The green label batches of Guixia Village Estate are close to the standards of the red label batches. The coffee needs to be of a single variety and come from a single plot. Similarly, it can also be traced back to complete information through the batch number, such as the name of the farm plot, the coffee variety and the processing time.

Card inspection batch: The card inspection batch can be said to be the most cost-effective batch in Guixia Village Estate! It is mixed with coffee beans from all the plots of Greshire Village Estate, so we can find Greshire 1931 and Greshire from it. And three varieties of Ilbabor. As you can imagine, its levels will also be very rich!

Then, the coffee in the Chaka batch has two options: sun-drying and water-washing. The one we started on the front street is sun-treated Chaka, which uses medium and light roasting. The coffee brewed in Chaka, Qianjie Guixia Village is very fresh. It has lemon, berries, oolong tea, light floral flavor, light taste, clean texture, and very delicious! So, the above is the introduction of the product line of Guixia Village Manor.
