In the manor design, the new and old buildings connect with the corridors to form a rich and diverse functional space under the shadow of the original trees of the site, and the building itself becomes the background after the continuous courtyard. The building takes the local common brick and concrete as the main building materials, constructs different forms of spatial structure, and creates the same rich indoor and outdoor space with harmonious atmosphere for the rich functions.

The main building will need to store coffee beans warehouse on the ground floor, with a strong sense of wrapping cross brick arch space to respond to the physical requirements of constant temperature and humidity, creating a strong storage atmosphere. The processing area on the first floor needs large space to bake and pack coffee beans, and at the same time for tourists to visit, a continuous large space with a combination of long-span steel beams and one-way brick arch is designed, and several guest rooms with a bird's-eye view of the valley are placed on the top floor. the simple concrete frame is simple and easy to open. From the bottom to the top, the space changes gradually from classical to modern, responding to the diverse needs from storage, production to viewing and enjoyment.
