Introduction of humanities

Hilly tribal residents have lived in the Ywar Ngan district for a long time, with hundreds of small coffee farmers reclaiming coffee gardens ranging from one to five hectares each, dedicated to preserving the land handed down by their ancestors and handed down from generation to generation. There are 125 villages in the whole Ywar Ngan district, of which 115 villages grow coffee. Since spraying pesticides is prohibited in the local area, farmers grow them organically (but have not yet obtained formal organic certification). Chevatron Coffee works closely with local coffee farmers to ensure that its farming methods meet the production standards of boutique coffee through education, training, assistance and intensive communication and discussion every day.

Product introduction

In a culture free of pesticides and chemicals, coffee trees are shaded by several fruit trees, including jackfruit, avocado and Hawaiian fruit trees. Coffee cherries are harvested manually and then sent to several processing plants managed by Chevatra Coffee for washing, sun or honey treatment, which will be dried on high scaffolding in Africa. Coffee trees in this area grow at an altitude of 1300-1660 meters and are grown only with natural fertilizers.
