Genius Coffee Coffee is located in Ywar Ngan District, Southern Shan State, Myanmar. Genius' boutique coffee is a mixture of Kaduai and S795 coffee beans. Kaduai is an Arabica mixed-race breed. Its coffee tree is short and has a good ability to resist natural disasters. It is suitable for planting at high altitudes. It was first cultivated in 1949 by the Brazilian Institute of Agricultural Research (Institute Agronomico de Campinas). It has a delicate and clean sour taste. S795, which originated in India, is a hybrid of S228 (a natural hybrid of Arabica beans and Libica beans in nature) and Kent Kent (a Tibica hybrid found in India). It is best known for its cup balance and slightly emitted mocha aroma. These coffee trees grow on small farmland at an altitude of 1300 to 2200 meters above sea level. when harvested, all cherries are artificially picked and sorted. Because Ywan Ngan strictly forbids the use of pesticides, Genius coffee is guaranteed to contain no chemicals and use natural fertilizers.
