Shenmu Manor is located in the mountainous area of South Minas, which is about 1200 meters above sea level, with an average annual temperature of about 19 degrees and rainfall of about 1600 mm. Minas is one of the most important and well-known producing areas in Brazil.
The local conditions and excellent weather of the manor have created a high-quality microclimate suitable for growing boutique coffee. The manor has a 100-year-old tropical forest reserve of 300 hectares, and the water sources of streams around the forest are also well protected.
Shenmu Manor has a famous index tree, which is 40 meters high and 1500 years old. The tree can be seen on any hill around the manor.
Jos é Renato Gon ç alves Dias, the owner of the manor, manages the estate organically to maintain the fertility and vitality of the soil. Unlike other Brazilian coffee, which uses a lot of machines, the post-harvest processing of coffee cherries on the manor is done by hand. Therefore, it is guaranteed that only the ripe red berries can be harvested, which greatly improves the flavor experience in the cup. Huang Bo, who originated from Mojiana in the neighboring region, is highly praised among Brazilian boutique coffee and has been recognized by many COE cups.
