Sidamo Hippo, Ethiopia

Sibu is coffee from the Sidamo region, which is known to be in the southern province of Ethiopia. This producing area is as high as 1600-1900 meters above sea level, and most of this area produces sun and water-washed beans at the same time.

This sun-treated coffee bean uses only full-ripe bright red coffee fruit and hand-selected after harvest to ensure once again that the coffee fruit ready to enter the processing stage is fully ripe. Then the sun is exposed to the African-style high scaffolding, and when it reaches the optimal moisture content standard, it can go through the procedures of peeling, grading, hand selection of raw beans and bagging for export.
