Starage Coffee Roasting officially opens in Florida

Starage Coffee Roasting's beverage preparation will focus on the Synesso MVP espresso machine with three Mahlkonig Peak grinders, while EK43 will be ready to grind for manual and Fetco batch brewing. In this 2000 square foot restaurant, Paradise Restaurant mainly serves Caravela Coffee, Dormans Coffee, Red Fox Coffee Shop, Olam Coffee Shop and imported Coffee Shop, using Diedrich IR 12 and Joper with a capacity of 15 kg.
"We look forward to bringing freshly baked coffee to every customer," said Jarrett Johnson, founder and co-owner of Lineage. Jarrett Johnson is a partner of Justine Johnson and Ryan Wilcox, which co-owns all the design work.
Running a full cafe with your own walls is certainly good for raising awareness of the Lineage brand, but more importantly, it allows the Lineage team to carry its quality-centric theory and practice through to the last step of the coffee shop.
"We want to control the coffee supply environment," Jarrett Johnson said. "We traveled a ton and took the buyer and baking very seriously, so it looks like we are shortening the last step now."
The new store officially opened on Saturday, December 2nd.
The Lineage coffee roaster is now open at 1011 Colonial Avenue in District 50 Mills, Orlando, Florida.
