November 2017, the new arrival of El Casha Manor washing bourbon, direct batch!

The washed bourbon species of Casa Manor in El Salvador won two victories in the 2006 and 2009 Joyo Cup National Coffee Competition! This batch is 2017 exclusive direct purchase batch! Not only the sweetness of toffee, but also delicate sweet limes and berries, very delicious!

Casha Manor is El Cashal in Spanish. Many Casha trees are used as shade trees for coffee trees, so it is named Casha Manor. She is located in the Las Ninfas and Laguna Verde lakes of the Oachaban volcano mountains in western El Salvador. It is currently run by the fourth generation Maria Alicia. The estate actually belongs to her husband's Jose Ruben Magana Romero family, and Maria's Mr. Jose specializes in technology. Maria is responsible for the overall management and planning of the manor. Since winning their first prize in 2006, they have been striving to improve their quality and finally won the award again in 2009.

El Salvador excellent Cup of Coffee Competition is very competitive! Every year, hundreds of excellent coffee gardens across the country try their best to come up with the best batch competitions, and the contestants are looking forward to winning the prize! So is Kasha! Because of her focus on planting and processing technology, Maria said: Kasha Manor only focuses on planting two varieties, bourbon and parka. We work very hard to learn and take care of these two varieties. We found that bourbon has a very good sweetness and rich level in Kasha. We only choose bourbon to participate in the competition. Paca seed acid is relatively bright and well received by buyers! In 2017, due to the late rain season, the best quality bourbon species began to be harvested very late. We have measured the favorite sample in late May and are honored to receive this exclusive batch.

Maria told the team: we only choose the most mature bourbon species! At the same time, the steps of screening and entering the fermentation tank must be completed on the same day to avoid miscellaneous odors. from the beginning of the harvest of coffee fruits, our family members will take good care of every step!
