The Fespanon Garden was established by Victor Arehundro Garcia in 1960 and continued by Wilder's father, Oracio. Although the third generation of Wilder is only 24 years old, he hopes to take part in the study of agricultural garden instructors organized by professional institutions at the age of 18 to study agricultural garden management. In our own farm, we have achieved rapid growth in both practice, productivity and quality. Now, although Wilder works actively as an instructor of the farm, it also takes Fispanong as a demonstration farm, which is open and becomes a place for other agricultural producers to visit and learn directly.
Older producers have the habit of not cutting down trees. Even if there are seminars or only guidance, very few farmers are really put into practice, so they designate farms that really implement the recommended agricultural law. Pruning or fertilizing, the spacing between trees, the management of shade trees, the key work from picking to dry, and so on, the actual internship and confirmation of the results, so that farmers can clearly understand and accept, is the purpose of the whole demonstration garden.
In fact, Wilder infuriated his father during a discussion with his father Oracio in order to improve productivity such as pruning and pruning. The results were communicated, and the empirical results were obtained through the experimental results of 1 hectare, and then introduced into the whole agricultural garden.
At present, the work of 200 farmers held by Wilder has won the high praise and trust of the Philippines because of its knowledge, performance and youth.
The Fespa farm now has 11 hectares of farmland, and it is scheduled to expand by 3 hectares a year because of the land.
