In 2002, he was invited to open a boutique coffee space in Eslite Bookstore's Yilan store. In 2009, he obtained a SCAA Cupping Judge license and an international coffee bean quality judge. In 2012, he jointly founded "Xiangtou Boutique Coffee Academy" in Xiamen to focus on the education and inheritance of boutique coffee. At the same time, he opened the first SCAA certification laboratory in mainland China. In 2013 and 2014, he obtained SCAA Fine Coffee Education Lecturer and Fine Coffee "Gold Cup Theory-Gold Cup" Examiner Qualification and SCAA Roaster Master Certification respectively.
