Located in Guatemala City, 50 kilometers away from the estate, the total area of the farm is 500 hectares. The main configuration of the farm is as follows:

With 55% of the nature reserves, it is the most extensive conservation park in the surrounding area. This is the natural habitat for many wild animals and migratory birds.
