Sidamo Coffee Bocasso Bokasso Cooperative

Bokasso is from a family-owned farm, organized by the Bocasso Cooperative (Bokasso Cooperative) and located in the Wonsho community in West Dharma. The Bocasso Cooperative has two high-level water washing plants, where most of the nearby coffee is grown at an extremely high altitude of 2000 meters, and is farmed by small farmers. There are quite a variety of beans, there are ancient varieties handed down, but also improved new varieties, in fact, it is difficult to distinguish, commonly referred to as the Sidamo coffee variety.

This is the second Ethiopian batch of 49th this year, with extremely active aromas and flavors, lavender, ripe nectarine fruit and silky taste.

The Bocasso Cooperative is part of the larger Sidamo Coffee Farmers' Cooperative Union (Sidamo Coffee Growers Cooperative Union;SCFCU). SCFCU was founded in 2001 and has 46 small cooperatives and 80,000 farmers to ensure the quality of coffee, processing, sampling, shelling, packaging and other tasks that small cooperatives cannot do on their own.

In addition to SCFCU, Pocasso is also assisted by the international organization TechnoServe, especially in the batch partition, to meet the more stringent requirements of the boutique coffee market, ensuring that each day's batches can be traced back from warehousing to the sun.
