Since 2000, Ninety Plus has been looking for wild Gesha (Geisha) varieties in Ethiopia and wild varieties in Beloya and Aricha areas, thus establishing the status of Ninety Plus raw beans. The Aricha processing plant is located in Misty Valley, the most famous micro-production area of Yega Sheffield in Ethiopia. Aricha, formerly known as Idido, was owned by the famous Abdullah Bagersh. At that time, coffee produced by Bagersh would be marked with Idido Misty Valley (IMV), and the sack would be marked with the conspicuous word Bagersh, which is almost the guarantee of top Ethiopia. Things have changed, and the Aricha/Idido washing plant is no longer owned by Abdullah Bagersh. However, according to Sweet Maria's 's interview, due to the retention of the vast majority of local staff, Bagersh's handling procedures and standards have been retained to a considerable extent, and the quality has been maintained.

Since it is harvested from native forests at an altitude of 1850 meters, it is named after the harvesting area "Aricha."

Flavor introduction: Cherry, peach, thick jam, cream, passion fruit

The dry fragrance is full of orange honey.

The wet aroma of strawberry fruit spreads at the tip of the nose

Hot sipping, dried plums and pineapples are sweet and slightly fruity.

When drinking lukewarm, fruity cocoa and some green mango honey run up the throat

During the cold drink, the fruit acid begins to rise, the throat rhyme plays a chemical role, and the sweetness of cocoa and fruit is mixed.

Shallow baking retains the characteristic flavor of the sun.

It is an amazing coffee, and its rich taste makes it known as the "strongest fruit bomb". With soft citrus aromas and aromas of berries and peaches, the palate is smooth with creamy aromas, with lemon and grape acidity. The remaining rhyme is rich in variety, and the fragrance of the flowers is the ultimate performance!
