At Tapias Canyon Manor, the main harvest season is from September to December, and the delivery season is from April to May. In Colombia, most estates do not need shade trees, partly because sunlight is one of the most needed conditions for coffee farmers in Colombia (please note that Colombia has a tropical climate, on average For 70% of the days of the year, there will be tropical rain every afternoon (that is, the so-called northwest rain in Taiwan). Because of the weather phenomena caused by wind convection in the tropical climate, they are more afraid of insufficient sunshine, so there are no shade trees in the canyon manor.
